been sick for the past month finnaly gettin better
Yall I Was sick for the past month really Really sick Finnaly Getting a bit better and i Can Barely Do 10 Push ups when i used to be able to do 30 No issues and Now my arms feel like jello because i forced myself to do 10 push ups to get on my pc to get on my phone to get some Food and Now im Going to be sore Honestly Js Need advice on how to get back into the Excersize Style Faster because it took weeks to Previously Get to 30 and Id rather only a week or 2 and not 4 or 5.
