I Did It Whats Next
Yall I Need yall to challenge me with something i can do in a week or 2 (Work out related) Ive reached 50 push ups at once (i was stuck on 35 to 40 Because i never did a rest day But now that i did a rest day its Easy) So What should i do Now? I Need a Challenge To Do, give me a challenge any challenge h e l l ill run 5 Miles Every Single Day. Give Me something I Dont care if its gonna Be Hard, Difficulty Forges The Mind And Body give me a challenge. (No Gym Tho Because i live in the middle of Nowhere.)
