Guys i have made a tool to fix the exporting on this website all you have to do is go to my github page and then open the README and follow the steps there.

Quick summary:
Log into AniWatch
Go to “Continue Watching”
Download each page as an HTML file
Load those HTML files into the tool (after downloading it from GitHub)
It will generate a clean XML file
Import that into MyAnimeList or AniList

the code is completely open source so feel free to check it out for yourself if you are suspicious
