Facing this issue from the last 2-3 days. Nothing loads perfectly , everything is taking minutes to open. The issue is quite annoying as every anime ep stops after 30-40 seconds.

Is this bcs of the Optical cable damage in the red sea of south asia region?
Is there anyone facing the same problem except from south asia? (Someone excpet from india in particular)
