After the end of the Hokuriku front, a new land for the Japanese people was created, governed by the New Japan Cooperation Organization. However, this did not dramatically improve the situation in Japan. The effective control of the various powers in the country continued, and the oppression of the Japanese people, though lessened, continued. The same is true of the isolated islands in the South Sea. The Oceania Army, which is in effective control of the island, and the resistance organization "Hinukan" that resists them. Then the North American forces attacks, aiming to take over the isolated island--.

Due to the violence portrayed in the Cowboy Bebop world and violence in Japanese schools, the series was briefly cancelled and an extra session was created as a final episode to the first thirteen episodes aired. Called "Session XX: Mish-Mash Blues," a compilation of clips from previous episodes, it aired on June 26, 1998 on TV Tokyo. The episode was never released on DVD. In it, the characters provide a philosophical commentary and end with the words: This Is Not The End. You Will See The Real "Cowboy Bebop" Someday!

Hence, a daily life of pandemonium ensues! The immortal witch once again lost her treasure things. Tears could not be suppressed and even drowned in hell. The witch, this time, decided to move her head!

Once a fellow war veteran, robotic Europol detective Gesicht is sent to investigate Montblanc's tragic demise. In his pursuit, Gesicht uncovers evidence of a mysterious entity known only as "Pluto." He also learns of a conspiratorial plot to dismantle the eight specialized robots from around the world who participated in the war. Racing against time to save those who still remain, Gesicht grapples with his memory, morality, and a world full of hate, desperately attempting to defend the fragile coexistence of man and machine.
